For our clients we accept exchanges of products within 14 (fourteen) days from the day you received the items by sending us an email with relevant details. These includes exchange of an item for the same item (i.e. wrong size or color) or different product. In case is not possible to exchange an item for a different one, the new size or color will be dispatched as soon as we receive the article that is being exchanged.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item has to be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, accompanied by the relevant original invoice and in the original packaging.

Defective or damaged items

We could replace items if they are defective or damaged if you provide us picture of damaged or defective item. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] in that case.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
